WTF? PCOS : PCOS & Excess Androgen↓
If you are experiencing,
It is possible excess androgen is at play. And this can make it very difficult to lose weight
Excess androgen is seldom present on its own. It is usually present with either insulin resistance, elevated luteinizing hormone, or even low progesterone levels.
Identification of the root cause is essential for the correct treatment.
This client came to me with a combination of excess androgen, insulin resistance, and adrenal fatigue.
These root causes coexist and can lead to a positive feedback loop.
Excess androgen can lead to insulin resistance, which can lead to adrenal fatigue. Adrenal fatigue can then lead to more excess androgen, and so on.
This cycle can be difficult to break, but it is important to address all three root causes to improve the client's condition.
Read here how she not only controlled these root causes but also lost weight.
